Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Review and draft commercial contracts.
• Assist with compliance assessments and regulatory reviews.
• Support policy development and implementation.
• Assist with corporate governance matters.
• Support litigation management and legal risk assessment.
• Monitor regulatory developments and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to legal process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, operations, finance, and external stakeholders on commercial projects.

Eligibility

• LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2025 or 2026.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
