Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assist in civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals, and other forums.
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Attend and assist in client conferences and strategy discussions.
• Appear before competent authorities and assist with procedural and regulatory compliance matters.

Eligibility

• BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.B. graduates from the Class of 2025.
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Commitment to legal practice and attention to detail
