Qualification & Experience

• PQE: Minimum 1 years' experience in the Pharma and Healthcare industry or law firm practice.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts drafting and vetting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance relating to Pharma, Healthcare IT, and E-commerce.
• Excellent legal research skills with the ability to prepare legal memoranda for Pharma, Healthcare, and Medical Devices matters.
• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Experience in advising corporate clients in the Pharma and Healthcare sector.
