Legal & Compliance Intern

Job Description:

Duration

• 3 months (Extension based on performance basis)

Eligibility

•  Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year (5-year law course) or equivalent

Skills Required

•  Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
•  Legal research and documentation skills
•  Good communication and coordination abilities
•  Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, data management, reporting)
•  Familiarity with license management and maintaining compliance trackers
•  Live management/monitoring of licenses and agreements
•  Exposure to compliance tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
•  Attention to detail and good organizational skills
