Legal Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
• Support lawyers in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
• Participate in client consultations and provide preliminary legal advice under supervision.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Prior experience or coursework in corporate law, arbitration, or ADR is a plus.
