Responsibilities

• The Legal Intern will work on legal consulting, assist in preparing legal documents, analyze legal issues, and provide support on various cases. The role also includes conducting research, drafting, and organizing legal frameworks to support the firm's operations.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Skills in Legal Consulting and providing strategic advice
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and ensuring accuracy
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research and analyze case laws and legal precedents
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations, particularly related to taxation and corporate matters, is a plus
