About the Internship

• This internship is designed for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, corporate law, and startup advisory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Excellent research skills with sound knowledge of legal research platforms such as Manupatra and SCC.
• Interest in Corporate Law and Startups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in writ drafting and legal applications.
• Assist with drafting and court-related work.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Support communication-related tasks as required.
• Attend court hearings whenever required.

Duration

• 3 Months (May be extended based on performance)
