The role involves conducting in-depth legal research, assisting in drafting and preparing legal documents, and analysing legal issues.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial and corporate agreements such as service contracts, vendor agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and shareholder agreements.
The trainee will also support senior counsels with litigation matters, contribute to compliance and regulatory work, prepare reports, and collaborate with the legal team on client engagements.
Qualification & Expeirence
Strong knowledge in Law, Legal Consulting, and understanding of Legal Issues
Proficiency in creating, managing, and preparing Legal Documents
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and research skills
Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Law from a recognised institution
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
Prior internship experience in a legal firm or relevant role is a plus

Legal Trainee: BA LLB / LLB graduate with 6 months to 1 year of PQE with Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Legal Intern: 4th or 5th year BA LLB / LLB student; Curious, diligent, with good written and oral communication skills.
