Qualifications

• Legal research and drafting skills
• Contract review and analysis abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Law or related field

Responsibilities

• Draft and review various types of agreements and contracts
• Assist in the formulation and review of internal policies and procedures
• Conduct in-depth legal research on diverse issues related to corporate and commercial law
• Review legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the legal team in day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a legal or corporate setting
• Knowledge of policymaking in a corporate or government context
• Exposure to compliance and regulatory affairs
