Responsibilities
- Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Assist in litigation matters across various forums, including the NCLT, City Civil Court, arbitral tribunals, and the High Court.
- Undertake legal drafting and research work.
- Participate in courtroom proceedings and litigation strategy.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have:
- 0–3 years of experience in litigation.
- An interest in, or willingness to develop expertise in, matters before the NCLT, City Civil Court, arbitral tribunals, and the High Court.
