Job Description:

Responsibilities

• The candidates should be well versed with Drafting and filing of Suits, Writs, Appeals and Complaints; and should have experience arguing cases before Delhi High Court, District Courts, Trademarks Registry and Tribunals like Consumer Forums and NCDRC.
• The candidate should be proficient in English language and should possess complete knowledge of the functioning and procedure of courts, tribunals and consumer forums in Delhi.
• The candidates should also be able to handle matters independently.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from Tier 1 Law Schools.
