WE ARE HIRING | ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE (PQE 5+ YEARS)

Diwan Advocates invites applications from dynamic and motivated Advocates with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join its New Delhi office.

Practice Areas:

• White Collar Crime

• Economic Offences

• PMLA, ED, CBI, EOW Matters

• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

Eligibility:

• Minimum 5 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.

• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.

• Prior experience in White Collar Crime, Economic Offences, Insolvency, and Commercial Litigation shall be preferred.

• Ability to independently handle matters before Courts, Tribunals, and Regulatory Authorities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and case management skills.

Location: New Delhi

The position offers exposure to high-stakes litigation, complex commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, regulatory investigations, and white collar crime matters involving leading corporates, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, and high-net-worth individuals.
