Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on various types of contracts, including, manufacturing and operational contracts, supply and procurement agreements, vendor, distributor, dealer, logistics agreements, services agreements, lease, leave and license, warehousing, and infrastructure-related agreements etc.
Advise on wide range of laws and regulations, including, factory laws and labour compliance, environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulations, licensing, local and state regulatory requirements etc.
Business partnering and proactively engaging with the business teams to understand their needs, resolve issues, implement best practices etc.
Ensure contracts and operations are aligned with group policies, internal governance standards, and risk management frameworks.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, regulatory, and operational risks, and escalate material issues appropriately.
Coordinate with external counsels on litigation, regulatory matters, etc., when required.
Keep abreast of legal developments and commercial best practices.
Qualification & Experience
4–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably as in-house counsel or with exposure to manufacturing industry.

LLB/LLM degree from a reputed university.
