Responsibilities

• Manager/Senior Manager Litigation Location Gurgaon Managed litigation portfolio incl. recovery suits, consumer cases, arbitration, SARFAESI and criminal matters; represented company before courts, DRT/NCLT/fora, regulators; drafted/vetted pleadings; liaised with counsel; tracked cases, filings, etc.

Qualification & Experience   

• LL.B. from a reputed law school; LL.M. preferred. 
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in BFSI domain (NBFCs, banks, fintech). 
• Strong understanding of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, CPC, CrPC, Arbitration Act, and RBI guidelines. 
• Experience in handling high-volume litigation and recovery matters. 
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external counsel effectively.
