Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handling Consumer and Civil cases
• To analyze the case contentions of Consumer and Civil Cases, 
• To gather information from different departments, 
• To Brief the advocate with defence Line Ups with all the documents.
• Frame / Vet written statements/ Objections prepared by the advocates, 
• Prepare One Pager of the cases.
• Handling, Tracking and looking after the proress of the cases and bring it to the logical end.
• Notice management
• Notice Management of respective zones.

Qualification & Experience      

• Litigation Drafting ( Written statements / arguments / evidence)
• Understanding of the issues related to Finance / BFSI Industry is preferred.
