You will act independently and assist senior colleagues in the provision of corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence.
Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
Coordinate with clients, business partners and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
Ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates shared.
Maintain data and ensure proper reporting.
Participate in transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition from external providers.
Take active interest and participation in any local/global projects aimed at improving efficiencies and level of service to the client.
Qualification & Experience
You are qualified Company Secretary and/or have a degree in Law.
3+ years of experience in corporate secretarial practice.
Experience in provision corporate services to international clients.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
