Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence and title investigations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Advise clients on real estate regulatory and compliance matters.
• Manage real estate transactions from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support transaction execution.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• Handle multiple assignments while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualification & Experience

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 5–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior experience in a real estate law firm practice is essential.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction management skills.
• Ability to independently handle matters and manage multiple assignments.
• Capability to deliver quality work within strict timelines.
