Job Description:
Responsibilities
Handle real estate transactions from inception to closure.
Conduct title due diligence and title verification exercises.
Advise on redevelopment projects and related legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
Coordinate with clients, developers, authorities, and stakeholders.
Manage real estate matters independently and ensure timely execution.
Provide legal opinions and advisory support on property-related matters.
Qualification & Experience
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
5–7 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Prior experience with a law firm or real estate developer.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and redevelopment projects.
Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
