Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Legal

Job Description:

Responsibilities

•  Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice to business and operational teams.
• Support strategic partnerships and business transactions.
• Assist in corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Evaluate legal risks relating to new business opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders on business initiatives and regulatory issues.
• Support the legal team in managing organizational legal requirements.

Qualification & Experience

•  LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Course) from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and legal advisory.
• Exposure to corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional business teams.
• Prior law firm experience will be an added advantage.
