Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Legal Counsel

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• You will play an important role in advising on, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts associated with each of the firm’s business lines. You will be assisting with general corporate, commercial and regulatory work, with a focus on the issues associated with the property services industry. You will also be assisting in the firm’s legal and compliance projects.
• Your role involves providing support to each of the firm’s business interests and commercial objectives.

Qualification & Experience 

• Educated and experienced
• You hold a law degree from a recognized law school and 2-3 years of post-admission experience in private practice or an in-house position. It would be great if you have experience working in an MNC.
