In charge of the onboarding process, together with relationship managers; collecting the necessary KYC from our new clients and introducing them to the Dutch regulatory requirements.
Coordinating the planning and execution of the annual client review cycle.
Acting as the central coordinator between the business team and the client review team, ensuring quality and consistency of outputs in respect of any client review matter.
In charge of bank account openings and reviews, closely collaborating with both legal and financial colleagues.
Ensuring client files are maintained properly, through timely and accurately drafted, reviewed and revised required corporate legal documentation.
Acting as the first point of contact for compliance team and working together on improving internal procedures.
Proactively identifying and assessing any risk factors.
Presenting new clients to acceptance committee, and any existing clients to the risk committee in the event of a risk adjustment, incident etc.
Maintaining proactive and professional (verbal and written) communication with clients, shareholders, advisors and other relevant parties.
Qualification & Experience
Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written. Dutch is preferred.
Sound knowledge of software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office.
Sound knowledge of Dutch legislation around supervision of trust offices (WTT, WWFT, Sanctions law).
Proven track record in the field of KYC/AML.
2 - 8 years corporate legal experience (with a corporate service provider).
