Job Description:
Responsibilities
- System Administration for all Legal applications (installation, accesses, and training)
- Managing and tracking system integrations.
- Application reporting including user metrics.
- Managing application upgrades, data loads, maintenance, and testing.
- Running scripts, scheduling tasks and monitoring jobs for applications.
- Updating workflows in various legal applications.
- Updating clause and template libraries for contract management application.
- Updating privacy system templates.
- Application data auditing to ensure data integrity.
- Resolve issues, identify patterns, and recommend enhancements
- Escalation to other individuals on Legal Ops team or IT when needed
Qualification & Experience
- Years of experience: 4-6 in System or Application Administration or equivalent.
- Strong experience working with legal applications such as matter management, e-billing, and/or document management.
- Strong knowledge and 2-3 years of experience working in Legal Operations is a plus.
- Must have prior experience supporting and / or administrating applications (legal applications is a plus).
- Must be an experienced problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Must have a strong application and workflow logic understanding.
- Must be a flexible team player with the ability to work independently.
- Must be a collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to understand complex business analysis and specifications and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Proven relationship builder with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and take leadership of project tasks.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering for application enhancements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent priorities.
- Strong capabilities in the usage of Microsoft Office 365 tools:
- Excel (reporting, pivot tables, arrays)
- Power-BI (building reports and metrics dashboards for leadership)
- Outlook, Teams (communication, collaboration)
- Word (documentation)
- SharePoint (create / design, manage security, collaborate, integrate charts and tables)
- Understanding of IT Architecture, Databases, and Applications.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Power-BI, Scripting and Automation tools is a plus.
- Experience with Legal Operations processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in document management systems and legal enterprise software is a plus.
- Experience in the contract field, contracts administration, or contract management is a plus
- Experience with legal analytics and legal terminology is a plus
- Experience in website design is a plus.
