Reviewing, creating, and monitoring contract summaries and tracking obligations to validate that deliverables are met in line with contractual terms and conditions
Managing trackers for work-in-progress contracts and work-at-risk items, capturing action items, and updating status
Assisting with reviews related to statements of work and change requests as required
Collaborating with stakeholders and Canadian Contract & Risk Managers on risk and contract management activities
Supporting other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification & Experience
LLB, MBA, or equivalent qualification
2-3 years of post-qualification experience
Experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining commercial contracts and preparing risk summaries
Experience in contract management for professional services agreements, information technology consulting, information technology outsourcing, or information technology professional services projects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
