Business Development Internship

Job Description:

This is a virtual internship opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in an extremely busy tech start-up setting!

At Botmatrix, we are building sector-specific career portals, primarily focusing on recruitment. The portals are designed to be strictly professional and anti-noise. 

Features include Application Tracking System, AI backed resume search, advertising of jobs, courses, events and non-intrusive networking.

Our first product https://legalbots.in is now in the Beta phase!

We are looking for 2 very enthusiastic, dedicated and highly organised interns to join us for the month of April. (Performance based stipend will be given).

Duties and Responsibilities include 

• Business Development related work like creating pitches, ideating on strategies, networking with potential clients, assisting the BD team and conducting market research as and when required.  
• Legal Research - IPR, Corporate Laws, Employment Laws
• Legal Drafting - Contracts, Policies, etc.
• Legal Writing and Content Creation -  Articles,  Reports, taking Interviews.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a student pursuing 3 year or 5 year undergrad law programme in India.
• Must be open to exploring Business Development as a domain. 
• Excellent English (oral and written) is a must.
• Must have good MS Office skills, (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint).
• Prior publication is an advantage (please provide reference in the CV).
