What You’ll Be Doing Support NDA intake, review, and execution through our CLMs. Help CLM administer in day to day management of the tools, including without limitation, keeping agreement metadata, status, and key dates current so the team always knows where everything stands. Track procurement requests coming in and keeping the team updated on the priorities with shadowing to understand how the legal procurement process works end-to-end.
