ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Management : Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading standard legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and vendor contracts, under the supervision of the Legal Counsel. Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring accurate tracking of expiration, renewal, and key obligations. Legal Research & Operations : Conduct legal research on specific statutes, regulations, and case laws relevant to the company's business and support in preparing compliance reports , power of attorneys and legal documentation. Special Projects : Support and assist special projects due to change of law or Airbus policies which require cross functional mapping ( eg Data Protection Laws & New Labour codes ) Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills: Practical aspects of legal operations of a company including contract negotiation and administration, deployment of compliance actions/ programs Project management skills Legal acumen on aviation and corporate law matters. Eligibility CriteriaYou are a Fresh Law Graduate with a preference of corporate law . Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome). Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship. A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or B.A.LL.B. or B.Com.LL.B.Corporate exposure/projects during internships completed during the academic curriculum Excellent proficiency in G suite (Doc, Slides & Sheets) 

Preliminary interviews will be conducted between 12.05.2026 and 14.05.2026. Shortlisted candidates will be called back for a second interview between 19.05.2026 and 21.05.2026. Expected joining date is 01.06.2026 or sooner. Mandatory requirementsMust have passed the Bar exam Ability to read/write Kannada and proficiency in English Proficiency in drafting and legal research

RequirementsRegistration with any State Bar Council is mandatory. Proficiency in legal drafting, pleadings, and court representation. Strong legal research and strategic legal advisory skills.
