ResponsibilitiesThe Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Team at Vidhi aims to usher in legal reforms in areas related to the financial sector and corporate affairs. It has contributed to transformative reforms in insolvency law, company law, competition law, and financial regulation, among other areas. The Team works on engaged projects with the Central Government and financial sector regulators to support law reforms and also undertakes original and independent research projects in this space. The Senior Resident Fellow will work as an integral part of the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Team at Vidhi and will be required to lead projects independently. They will be expected to undertake high-quality research, analysis, legislative drafting, lead external meetings, make presentations, undertake stakeholder consultations for engaged as well as original and independent projects.Qualification & ExperienceUndergraduate degree in law. At least 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the areas including Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Insolvency Laws or Insurance Laws. Ability to handle matters independently.
