Continuously monitor developments on Groundwater in regulatory and judiciary space to keep the business abreast of the developments and to enable timely action to mitigate any risk arising out of these developments Draft, review and negotiate all legal documentation relating to celebrity endorsement, media buying, Brand promotions and all other documents related to the business being supported Work closely with business partners on business agenda and initiatives relating to 3 countries including Agro initiatives, Policy matters, product import, product launches, local laws and regulation, dealing with local regulatory challenges Support Beverage, 3 Countries and Comms team by providing legal inputs and guidance on internal and external communication related to Beverage initiatives. ResponsibilitiesSet up cases in the case management system for third party legal orders (e.g., Law Enforcement Agency requests, Debt Recovery Tribunal requests, Custom Notices and Tax Notices) received by the India market.
