Handling marketing activations for sports properties, including advisory for campaigns approvals, promotional requests and contests. Ability to contribute to highly time-sensitive, high-value, and critical projects, including complex sports media rights bids. Summarizing key provisions across various sports-related agreements and assisting in maintaining online tracking systems. Drafting and effectively navigating a wide range of contracts, including talent, endorsement, agency, sub-licensing, distribution, ad sales, production and other service or operational agreements, in collaboration with business teams. Demonstrated ability to collaborate both internally and externally, including with legal and business/operational teams, while providing day-to-day legal guidance on diverse matters.
