ResponsibilitiesProvide practical sound legal advice and counsel to internal teams, and management on all legal issues concerning the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, employment agreement review, leaves and benefits, workplace policies, protected status rights, terminations and restructuring in the context of our Employer Of Record (EOR) services Draft and negotiate employment agreements and mutual separation/exit agreements, and employment-related documentation. Qualification & Experience You are licensed to practice law in an APAC jurisdiction and are in good standing in all jurisdictions where admitted. You have 4+ years of relevant experience practicing employment law within the APAC region where you are licensed. Experience in both law firm practice and in-house work will be preferred. You have strong research skills and a strong command of employment laws, regulations, and best practices across multiple APAC jurisdictions, and stay current on legislative changes. You have substantive experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements and other employment related documentation both domestically and internationally and can work autonomously. You are comfortable working independently across jurisdictions and have an established track-record of constructively partnering across legal, HR, sales and compliance functions and geographies. Experience in Employer of Record (EOR) will be a plus.
